Introducing the Teenage Physique League, a brand-new event at the 2025 Lee Haney Games created to inspire the next generation of champions. Designed by 8-Time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney, this non-sanctioned teen bodybuilding competition gives young men a safe, encouraging, and powerful platform to showcase discipline, strength, and potential.

This event is personal. As a teenager, Lee Haney found confidence, focus, and purpose through bodybuilding. Now, he’s passing that gift on to today’s youth.

Teen competitors (ages 15–19) will have the opportunity to train, compete, and be recognized for their dedication, regardless of experience level. The event emphasizes proper training, balanced development, and the foundational values of hard work, respect, and clean living.

We believe bodybuilding offers more than muscle. It teaches:

Through Lee Haney’s Teenage Physique International, powered by the International Association of Fitness Science (IAFS), we are building a safe, drug-free space where teens can grow stronger—physically and mentally.

This is more than a competition. It’s a launchpad for life.

Who Should Join:

Young men aged 15 to 19 with a passion for fitness or physique development
First-time competitors looking for a supportive environment
Teens seeking positive outlets and long-term health habits
Age Policy: To compete in the Teenage Bodybuilding Division, athletes must be:
- At least 15 years old and no older than 19 on the day of the event: November 1, 2025
- Competitors must not turn 20 before November 1, 2025
- Valid government-issued or school photo ID required at check-in
  - (e.g., school ID, driver's permit, passport, or birth certificate) must be presented at check-in
- Athletes under 18 must have a signed parent/guardian consent form
- No exceptions will be made. All eligibility is verified during athlete check-in.
